  4. Select Category: Choose ticket type

  5. Fill Form: Complete ticket form

Step 2: Provide Information

  • Subject: Clear subject line

  • Description: Detailed description

  • Category: Select appropriate category

  • Priority: Set priority level

  • Attachments: Attach screenshots/files

Step 3: Submit Ticket

  • Review: Review your ticket

  • Submit: Submit ticket

  • Confirmation: Receive confirmation

  • Wait for Response: Staff will respond
